I think I found them. https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/e...ile/p/54000091

They are a low profile 12". I guess if I want to go lower I can do Burly slammer.

I would think if they are made to fit your bike, just a heads up, I put 10.5" shocks on my E Glide and the bags (stretched) would scrape on steep inclines.

The ones I linked above are what I believe are currently on my bike based on the numbers and mine say low on them. I think stock 01 road king shocks were air shocks.

I'd like to drop it maybe another inch, but don't really want to scrape like you mentioned.

You can check out the Drag Specialties ride height adjustable shocks, the ones I have are basicly 10.5" to 11.5", I think they also come in 11.5" to like 13", I will tell you up front they are a budget based shock, and they are not going to give you the ultimate ride, neither would the Burly slammers, the ones I have are the mono-pole design and Im satisfied with them, I think when you step up to the longer lengths they are dual valved, anyway happy hunting.

Many great aftermarket shocks out there. Some will lower while others will maintain same ride height.....ALL are better than the stock HD ones. But plan on spending around $800 plus. Olin and Super Shox are two high quality manufacturers that come to mind but there are others too. A discussion of "shocks" on this forum is like getting opinions on seats and oil.....lol.....lots to digest.

If you are using the OEM seat and haven't done so yet, think about modifying it to lower you another inch and slim the seat neck to get your legs closer at stops.
