Wanting to install amp on 2021 Street Glide
Wanting to install a amp on my new 2021 Street Glide but was told by professional stereo installer that he wouldnt be able cause 2016 and up have to be stereo has to be reconfigured at dealership. Was told at dealership that stereo should have rca jack's on back of stereo and that shouldnt be difficult anyone know who's right thank

A flash is required, but it can be done by any stereo shop that has the Techno Research programming software.

If memory serves correctly, it doesn’t. But, you’ll need line levelers, anyway. They’ll have RCA’s. Rockford Fosgate, does have a direct plug and play setup, and an authorized RF dealer, can flash your system, with a flat EQ. This will help either eliminate or substantially reduce, the harsh EQ curve, from your OEM head unit.

You can either have the radio flashed or use the Biketronics line Leveler which will have the RCA jacks. This makes installing the amp plug and play.
