Road King light bar on a Switchback?
rk classic.
What is it you're wanting to do? You want the auxiliary lights on your bike? You want both the turns and have aux lights like the RK?
For the aux lights, H-D makes them here. These don't have a place for the turns, but you can probably fab something. Me thinks the RK light bar is too wide for your bike, but if you want them, I'm sure you can find a way.

Also some will have their own mounting setup for the fairing, and others will be a direct fit using the windshield mounts on the nacelle. I have a Dead Center batwing on my King and I know they use the windshield mounts. If you have the OEM bars, most likely you'll have to relocate your turn signals.
Not sure which batwing maker you're considering, but here are some popular makers...
Dead Center Cycles
Memphis Shades
Reckless Industries
Wide Open Customs
And if you want a Road Glide style fairing, here's an option for you too.
Good luck.

I have a Switchback, but with a regular windshield. I've seen people on the forum use a batwing and aux lights together.
For the Switchback aux lights, which I do have, the turn signals screw into the fork where the lower windshield mount is. You have to get a set of screws with different pitches on each side for the turn signals. It's been a while, but I think they are RK exhaust screws. Look on the Switchback forum somewhere for this.
If you have a stock exhaust, there is usually a lot of vibration in the 2.8k - 3.5k range or so. Look up the "clevis pin mod" for the exhaust mount. That will help a lot. Also, I highly recommended the heat shield HD sells. My wife also has a Switchback, totally stock everything motor. Prior to the heat shield install, she had blisters on the underside of her right thing after a long ride on a hot day from the catalytic converter. Since the heat shield, she's good. If you have a full aftermarket exhaust, you're fine on both of these points.
If you can, I highly recommend upgrading the suspension. Night and day difference in the ride. For shocks, go with something 13" in length if possible. Lots of options for the shocks, but very limited on the front. I went with Racetech springs and their Gold Valve/Emulator kit. Huge upgrade, but a PITA to adjust, as it requires tearing down the fork.
Watch out on the bags, and make sure they are secured. I've lost one from not securing and it was expensive to replace. I've read some folks use zip ties around the mounting lugs as a just in case.
Lastly, the Switchback windshield uses the same spacing as a Road King, giving you good windshield options.
