2002 ultra classic ultra sleeper!
this is what I'm working with/currently have done to my bike
02 ultra classic fi, 95ci big bore kit, heads from a stock 96ci, .040 head gasket, arlen ness big sucker intake, Bassani road rage3 2 into 1 with race baffle, Andrews 26 cams, high flow oil pump, screamin Eagle cam plate with hydraulic tensioner, Fuelpak first gen to tune it (for now)
High performance clutch
chain drive conversion 21 front tooth sprocket to a 51 rear tooth sprocket
(bike is still all chromed out, being an ultra so its awesome to see the look on peoples faces thinking im an old man on a couch when that couch leaves them tied to a stump when i get on it!!!)
Just curious as to why you are going to a chain drive...??
If you are doing it because you want to, so be it... I've done many mods because I wanted to, not because they were needed...
But your build is not going to put out enough power for you to NEED to go to a final chain drive.... The OEM drive belt will handle your build just fine....
I have a very similar build as you are doing, but on an '03 Heritage.... 95" big bore, A26 cams, head work, and a dyno tune... It puts out 84HP and 98TQ (before the headwork).... I am running the OEM drive belt, OEM clutch/compensator/tensioner, and have been since I did the big bore kit 6 months after buying the bike new... I have had no issues with the drive train....
FWIW....
My heritage, which is 110 lbs lighter than your bagger, is quite peppy and very fun to ride.... but I think you may be overestimating how fast this build will be... I hope you won't be disappointed. It will be much better than stock, and a lot of fun, but it's certainly not going to leave many other bikes (unless they are all stock 88" baggers) "tied to a stump when I get on it"....
I have a '16 Bagger with a crate engine, and a beefed up driveline, that dyno'd at 135HP & 151TQ. While it always puts a smile on my face... there are plenty of bikes out there much faster... But then again, I really don't care...

Looking forward to getting it dynod and I'll post the dyno chart when that finally happens. Once again. Just a fun bike, but I know it's not the fastest bike around. But still impressive for what it is.
