Funny thing is, I just noticed the same leak spot under my brand new 21 CVO SG this afternoon with only 150 miles on it.
I keep getting the drip bubble on the primary drain bolt. I dont know if its coming from there since it is the lowest point when on the jiffy stand, and any leak will drip down to that point. Another thing, it has been sitting in my garage since Jan and no leak, Ive driven it twice now since the weathers been crappy here still in NY, and today before I went to take it out for my third ride I noticed it. Crazy.
Either way Im lucky enough to still be under warranty and have an appointment on the 31st to have them check it out. I can let you know what my leak ends up being from.
I plan on keeping this bike forever. No reason to change since it's all I need.
What's the cost of a stator? Easy to change out?
Once you have the primary off the rotor is there. Its held on by magnets. Take some allens and hook and pull out. 4-5 screws. Nuicane is fishing the plug put. The plug is a common spot to leak on harleys. $150-175ish.
I just received my LARGE six point socket tool so I can remove the main sprocket nut. Have not bought a IMPACT WRENCH yet so using a extension I turned the socket cw and it did not move. Then I used a 4 foot long pipe and the nut still has NOT MOVED cw.
Should I just wait till I get a IMPACT WRENCH or use more FORCE to remove the nut. I realize it's left hand threads.
I don't believe this nut has ever been removed before so I think it's OEM.

Misread your post, I thought you were referring to your comp nut. That particular nut is a left hand thread, and can be a bitch to remove.
I've never had one seized on me, but many guys have. When they do they usually cut it off and replace with new....
I'm just trying to see if there is a way to hold the pulley without me buying the PULLEY TOOL.
I'll just buy the tool if I have to.
I'm saving plenty of money doing this myself so no big thing to buy it. Local HD wanted around $1500 to do all those seals and I would have to wait since they are busy.
