Seat options
I've put almost 100,000 miles on the Harley Sundowner the last 5 years. I can sit on it all day. I'm only 70 so your results might be different.
Some of us can sit all day on a 2x10 piece of pine. Some that don't ride can't ride 100 miles sitting in a lounge chair.

I'd humbly suggest defining what it is specifically you don't like about your current seat. Does it sit you too low/high, fore/aft, then go from there. Once you figure that out, then start investigating your options based on feature set / construction. Based on the dimensional shifts I'm looking for, my current top contenders are the Saddleman Road Sofa Extended Reach and the LePera Maverick DLT (daddy long legs tall).
On my last bike, a 2013 Dyna Switcback owned since new, I went through 4 seats in quest of a great riding position. Went through a Corbin Classic Solo (outstanding construction...seat dropped me 1" and rearward 1.5-2"), a Mustang Wide Touring (just slightly higher than stock, but not enough to matter) and the HD Tallboy is what I wound up with due to the riding position being altered by up 2" and rearward 1.75". The construction was nowhere near as good as the Mustang and especially Corbin, and I missed the backrest from those 2, but the seating position on the Tallboy is what sold me. Really changed in a very good way, how I rode the bike. The downside is, I have a garage full of seats.
Also, firmness varies considerably between manufacturers, with Corbin, Saddleman, C&C and to a lesser degree LePera known to have seats that firm. I've owned Mustang, Corbin and HD seats in the past, with Corbins being very firm, Mustangs being slightly cushier and HD's being softer yet. I understand Corbin offers a slightly less firm foam as well. IMHO, a very firm seat is better than a too soft seat. By the way, the Corbin backrest is superb. Very well shaped, and the only backrest I know of that is secured on the underside of the seat making it harder to steal. This is offset by the convenience of yanking out the non secured backrest of the Mustang and most others.
Good luck on your seat quest.
