i went to put in a destination on my gps and all im getting are canadian cities. we went to shenandoah national forest and i was trying to get afton va to come up but just got cities in canada. this ever happen to anybody amd have a way to fix it? thanks in advance!

Yes, the system IMHO is useless. Couldn't find a friend house 30 miles away, hell couldn't find the street let alone the house. Solution ? Apple Car Play and Google Maps.. works like a charm.

ive had mine find my house and i live in bfe. nothing gets my house right, but thats been a few years. this weekend i tried typing in staunton va and all the autofill results are cities in canada. just seems weird.

UMM, are u sure you've got the USA selected as your country?
On my boom GTS, (with latest software update) I use the H-D app, go to "rides" then "where to" enter where I want to go like address, restaurants, or city's and then with the results (it found my buddies address in the hills of Central Wisconsin) then use the "send to bike" follow the promps on the GTS and done.
I think the H-D app is way more accurate at finding destinations than the GTS database as long as you have cell/wifi service. Maps and navigation are powered by "Here/Here We Go" and weather by "Dark Sky" works great, at least for me.
