My 2013 Ultra Classic is coming up on 20,000 miles. Are there any good videos or other media available on what should be serviced and how? What "standards" or "specs" should I look for on the oil?
Without looking I'm sure youtube is filled with videos on the 20k service. The question is which one is right? Not sure "fixmyhog" is still making DVDs. The service manual is your friend and has details the procedures for everything that is involved in the 20k. You'll need a lift as the fork oil is due along with neck bearing check. Have you been flushing the ABS every two years?
I would find the one for your specific year and model, as the equipment and procedures have changed over the years...
Just for your info, as to what will probably be required, here is the 20K mile service checklist from 2011... not sure HD publishes these checklists anymore..

I purchased it from and Indenpent Dealer last fall. Im not sure of the service history. But that reminds me it may be in the paperwork from when I purchased it.

I have a '13 King and I might add the Steering Head Bearings are adjusted at 25K. You can elect to have that done at the 20K as well. The 10K and 20K are the same service, sans the tranny oil.
