Hi guys
I got 2022 RKS. I am considering nice touring bag instead of tourpack (questioning this idea too). If I go bag route I would like to get one that can act as backrest for rider (solo set up) and when we ride together we can flip it on the back of the sissybar.
Any suggestions, pictures and links would be appreciated.
P.S. I have to say these cheap amazon tourpacks on Amazon are tempting option I consider too so feel free to share your experience on these too.
I'm in the process of evaluating the same. Depending on what capacity you need I have narrowed the brands down to Saddlemen, Kuryakyn Momentum series and Nelson Rigg Route 1 series. I have a Dowco Brute that is awesome but too big for most weekend trips.

FYI...the Kuryakyn Momentum duffles don't have any structure to hold their shape unless they are packed full. I wanted to share that I had the Momentum Deadbeat (the smaller of the two) that stayed strapped onto the luggage rack of my Fatbob 114. I added a small, plastic trash can that fit snugly inside and acted as a liner and gave it structure. It held everything I wanted to carry and I got a lot of compliments on it...

I dug into in a bit more today and kinda reach same conclusion. Seems like Nelson Rigs is good option due to lifetime warranty. I also consider Saddleman due to recommendations here and Harley-Davidson brand as I like looks. I skipped on Kuryakyn as some reviews mentioned materials are not as good as competitors mentioned here. I really like simplicity of HD and Rigs bags while Saddleman seems a bit more intricate design. The main thing for me is how great it can act as backrest as till now I was wondering about buying Corbin backrest for my new seat while seems price of such bag would be the same and offer additional storage and I would only use backrest on long trips anyway.
