The lids for the King and the Chopped are the same (the bottoms are what is really different), except for the hole pattern for the backrest/pad. The King's pattern is for the wrap around style, and the Chopped is for the flat (?) style, or not wrap around style (armrest). If you put the Chopped on a King, 1- you're going to have to drill some holes for it to mount, and 2- you will have a couple holes exposed from the wrap around style if it has been drilled for that. The Banana Pad mentioned above is a good alternative if it suites you.
I usually do not have a passenger for longer rides any more. I don't like the looks of the stock Harley King tourpak backrest without the rear speaker pods.
The one from E-Glude Goodies is junk. Tried that route first and wasted the money.
