Default How to Beat the Heat
The latest HD Enthusiast magazine tell you how to beat the heat if you have a 07 or 08.
1. Free EITMS Reflash
2. Harley Air Deflectors
3. Remove lower fairings
4.Cover leg and wear Harley Boots
5.HD Mesh Jacket
6. Stay Hydrated
7. Make frequent Stops
8. Stop Reving the motor.

WOW, those folks are smart, wish I had thought of all those wonderful things.

10. Wear genuine HD boxer shorts for free-air ventilation.

11. Don't forget to buy the new IDS for the 07 models to quiet the bike while you're getting cooled off.
12. "F" giving Harley another $350 for the IDS and deal with the noise while riding naked...boots on of course.

You feel the heat when you're sitting still and the bike is running. An oil cooler does zero good at that point.
