I think there are a couple of manufacturers that do make some type of lower for the RG. Do a google or search the forum, I think this one came up not to long ago. I went with the H-D ones for mine.
Check with Hoggchopps.com. The styling is a little different but half the cost. What I need to know if there are after market glove boxs for the lowers

Not sure if I should take that as a compliment or be offended, I'll chose the former. I agree that the HoggChops aren't the greatest design, but they serve their purpose. In some cases function does defeat form, and for 1/2 the price of the HD ones they'll certainly due.
I'm thinking about adding some lowers to my RG for the fall. I've looked at the HD lowers... are there any aftermarket lowers I should look at too?
+1 on the HoggChopps. Look good, great price and color matched like they came from Milwaukee. Here's a a couple pics of what they look like on my Glide.
