i paid the $600 and got the centurion pro from techno research with 2 licenses. it allows me to activate the abs, change security settings, enable/disable tpms, enable switchless ignition, and flash the radio for different amp/speaker combinations. it does much more, but i've saved the cost of the product in doing stuff myself that i would have had to pay the dealer rate to do and i have the tool and that gives me the option to change things in the future. it was a hard pill to swallow, at first, but with paypal credit giving 6 months to pay with no interest, it was easier. plus, my dealer is over an hour away and not having to get the bike over there to just flash it is worth it's weight in gold. if i need to get another license for another bike, it's like $40. easy enough.
i'm not sure how you missed the 'marries to the bike' part for the itm tool. been pretty much common knowledge since it was introduced.
If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase it from?
directly from techno research. you'll have to actually set up an account. you're looking for the pay per bike option. price may be a little different now, i know i had just got hit with a price increase cause i waited a few days too long, due to the chip shortage.
I just checked with ITM and they said they're shooting for this spring to release the ITM HD3 ABS Flush Utility that will allow flushing 2021+ models and models with RDRS.

I tried that, but says I need a dealer account. Maybe I am doing it incorrectly. Is the software included in the price? As in you don't need an ongoing subscription fee every year?

Don't want to hijack, but one quick question.... I'm looking hard at the TechnoResearch Centurion... is it pretty intuitive to use and/or have good instructions...?
i set up a 'dealer' account for myself. no problems. then when i was confused about what i wanted to purchase, i reached out to them via email or chat (forget which) and they sent me an invoice to pay. the software is a download, and no, there is no yearly sub fee. the unit i bought was for mine and my wife's 2019s, but with the newer ecm's out, i can purchase a new cable that will work with all, it has a 4 pin, 6 pin, and new ecm head on the cable. since i'm not looking to 'upgrade' our bikes anytime soon, not worried about it.
it's not too bad, like most things of this nature, it isn't set up for 'mere mortals' so there is some areas that could be a little easier to understand. i think the biggest gripe i have, is that you can't just plug your bike in and pull up a report that shows what options you have and how your settings are set. there is a decent help file that walks you through the steps of performing a task. i just noticed that if you buy one now, you get the updated 3-headed cable with it. i can either purchase a separate cable (out of stock) for $65 or the newer 3-headed cable for $100.

I hope they do get a version out for the 2021 and later bike soon. Even the Daytona does not say that it works for the 2021 and later.

They emailed me back and said if I get another bike, they can set it up for me. Not sure if there is a code, or you have to put it on line. Which is cool.
Charge the tablet before using, mine came at 22%. Glad I checked. it will be a few hours before I do it. Hope not a bad sign of the battery. But I suppose not like it has to last long

You need wifi to use use. Slightly regret buying it now.
Wifi will reach my garage, but if it was detached it would not. and someday I hope to build another garage. Also this means, when they go out of business you are screwed. Hopefully just a one time connection to wfi to load software. But that doesn't makes sense, why not load it ahead of time.
Do you need wifi for the other brands?
