I agree on the scissor jack, or ........ for quick, easy, & cheaper.... something like this... it's rated @ 800lbs, but since it doesn't lift the entire weight of the bike, should handle a bagger...
Why use a stand at all? These work great. I mounted mine with a T stem to make for easy air fills as well. Granted more expensive than that stand but these are actually useful.

Not that one but I've been using those for over a decade and they work great.
I even modified one to take with me when I did a ride up to Alaska in 2010.
The description doesn't mention weight, but a reviewer claims that a 500lb motorcycle would be pushing the limits. My thought is, you're asking for trouble. Even if the lift could support the weight of the bike, the side stand isn't designed for that and you risk far worse things happening than the cheap lift failing.
