saddle tramp not working

I have searched previous posts in the forum and cant find my answer. I recently had a saddle tramp bluetooth unit installed on my 2012 Ultra Classic. It works intermittently, and the BT option will disappear and wont come back on unless I pull the radio memory fuse(which is not blown) in order for it to come back on. Anyone find a permanent fix to this issue. I don't want to have to pull of my saddle bag off every time and pull a fuse to listen to music.

What's a Saddle Tramp? Manufacturer doesnt have any insight for you? What radio? Because if I'm not mistaken, 2012 didnt support bluetooth so you must be talking about an aftermarket radio.

Saddle Tramp is a brand that makes a Bluetooth receiver that enables Bluetooth on the older bikes. No response from the manufacturer. I have seen a thread where other people have had this same issue but there never was a solution in the thread. Unfortunately I could not find the original thread to ask this question in it.

As far as radio its the stock Harmon Kardon radio

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you but for what it's worth, I had the SaddleTramp Bluetooth unit on my 2012 Ultra Classic (with stock Harmon Kardon HU) for 3 or 4 years (till I traded it) and it worked flawlessly...just like the radio had Bluetooth. Hope you find a fix.

I ran the Saddle Tramp bluetooth for 5-6 years in my 2013. Never had any trouble with it, until one during a ride it quit working and I couldn't get to work again after that. I ended up putting a bluetooth radio in it. How recent did you put it in? Did you buy it new? If so, I'd see about exchanging it.
