OP, best of luck. These new bikes are awesome and the M8 is going to be a welcome upgrade. As far as the 114 vs 117, a cam gets you to 117 power. I chose the ST because I like the standard bags. They cost too much to change, so if you like the stretch bags, I'd encourage you to get them.
