Considering a leftover 23 ultra limited. Seeming to lack transparency on good pricing. What would you consider a good deal on a 23 leftover? Or if you bought one recently, how much?
I bought a leftover '23 Ultra Limited about 10 days ago. I only wanted black and chrome! I paid $26,800 for the bike, prep, $1k surcharge, and freight included.
I traded my '21 Limited, blk/chrm with 42,000 miles. They allowed $18k on my trade plus the Fl tax credit.
The 23's have a $2,000 kick back from Harley. Think they have an offer for a good finance rate also.

I have no idea why a dealership would have a brand new, less than a mile (I assume) on the odometer never titled, two year old model....but I suppose anything is possible. But at the very least, I'd want them to flush and fill the ABS brake system, and replace the two year old battery, and update the navigation software with the latest. I'd also check the tires since they too could be two to three yrs after manufacturing date or have flat spots if it was just sitting for years....which is difficult to believe.

My closest dealer, Avalanche Harley, has 11 new 2023 models for sale. All listed as 6 miles or less.

Good deals on them ? 5 grand below MSRP if I find any dealer willing to go that far down, I don't mind jumping on a new ride. Don't mind couple years old but new.
I got a new 23 Ultra Limited last year because it was the last ones made in chrome which I like. The 24s were all black and in 25 they were gone. I didn't want anything to do with the new Skyline bikes so I was satisfied with my purchase. We only have one dealer within an hours ride of where I live so the price probably wasn't the best, but I love that bike. I put a SE 447 torque cam in it and just finished upgrading the audio to what I wanted, which is easy to do on the Rushmore bikes.
If I had an older bike with a lot of miles on it I'd seriously look at a left over 23 Ultra. Customizing a Rushmore bike is a lot easier than the newer models depending on what you want due to ten years of aftermarket and MoCo support.
