OP, Maybe try sending him a gift? I sent a bag of dicks to Jochen Zeitz, the CEO of HD as a thank you for my 23 CVO. Then I bought a BMW. Thats how I deal with shitty companies and incompetent ********.
Someone from Corbin by the name of Sabrina called me yesterday. Said that Mike asked her to call me (I left a message for him when I tried to reach him before). She was very apologetic and agreed that I should not have to wait in line to get it fixed. She sent me a return UPS label and said that she flagged my order for expedited handling once they get the seat back. She handled the situation much better than either Tabian or Chris did on earlier calls. Neither of them should be allowed to interact with customers.
We will see if she holds up her end of the bargain. I dropped off the seat at UPS today so they should have it by the end of the week.
My CC dispute is still in the works as well. I will withdraw the dispute if Corbin provides me with a quick turn around and a good product. Well see.
Good for Sabrina, and this is a good point to bring up, if you buy something like this on a debit card, as opposed to a actual credit card, you don’t normally get that CC dispute benefit, debit card your cash is just gone.
I hope it works out. Corbin has had l/alleged long history of bad customer service, real or not, I don't know. But never heard mention about quality. I question if my new one is to soft, and has pressure points, or am I just old. Mine have moved away from trademark hardness.
But I see business these days, who will employ anyone, can a deabbeat is better than nothing. If they were better they would be working elsewhere,
Sending it was juvenile. As for me commenting, you posted, so people would see. You brought it up.
foxtrapper; The only way a troll can ruin a good time here, or perpetuate stupid chit, is if people play along with it. If people would ignore posts and people they don't like, things would go on smoothly. None of us are required to read each and every post, especially posts we don't like. None of us are required to respond to a post we don't like.
A silly poll about what side you fill your tires from was created. It should have died with almost no comments, and passed into the archives where it effectively disappears. Instead, like wasps to a trash can, many folk post, and continue to post, and keep the thread alive. All with great gnashing of teeth and angst over the mere existence of the thread and an individual they don't like. This may not be the forum for you then.
I'd suggest you read the rules of conduct members are expected to abide by, and decide if you can actually live with them.
