Check out this device that I just ordered. I am going to use it as an intercom system. When I am riding 2-Up, I will wear it on my belt. When I not, I won't. Pretty cool if you ask me. I believe that you could run the Ultra rear speakers and plug the headphone jack into this unit and here it through the headphones.

What am I missing here? If you have an Ultra, you already have all of that.
