I have a used car lot, so here's some advice that I can pass forward. You only need one person to agree to your price which is good. I see way too many times when some supposedly reputable dealers get premium dollars for vehicles and bikes just because of their name alone. Take some great pics and list it in many online places and you may find the buyer that you are looking for. I just added a 2011 Police HD to my collection. I wanted the bike just because it was the Police version and I don't see many of them. There is someone looking for your bike.
Appreciate all the feed back everyone! I hardly ride anymore having a newborn and a toddler and also live in a town where riding isnt the safest (lots of motorcyclist get hit, we are unseen here). Ill adjust my price accordingly and hope someone else can get some enjoyment out of this machine! Thanks again!
Most HD dealers use n.a.d.a for trades. Maybe look at those values and add a few hundred bucks to the asking price ? When I traded my 1996, 80 evo flhtp, dealer offered me nothing more for add on's, so I removed them, replaced with stock parts and traded up. You'll probably have better luck getting someone to appreciate the value of those add on's when you list it for sale. I.M.O.

My dealer said HD corporate says to use JD Power. And my insurance company uses that too.
I've spent a lot of time this year looking at large capacity used bikes on Facebook Market Place, Craigslist, and Cycle Trader - all in the Pacific Northwest. Prices may vary in other regions of the country. Your asking price seems a little high, maybe by 1000-1500. You have to attract interest. On the other hand....those that say 3000 to 4000...well, I have seen no running big twins in that price range. You can find a few Sportsters in that price range, mostly 883's. Other areas of the country may be different. My observations based on what I am seeing. Maybe I'm a bad negotiator - they are actually asking $15,000 but after negotiations pay you to haul them away - only on HD Forums!
Dont know if anyone mentioned it, but the lack of any HD badging on the tank and fender draws my eye. Was it 'debadged' or was it in a wreck an repainted? I think 5K would be a more honest opening price. Good luck.
