Are all stock touring EVO intake manifolds interchangeable until 1998

Probably depends on the bike. 90-2000 carburetor should be the same. 84-2000 carburetor aftermarket is probably the same. When you get into evil EFI nonsense I am unclear, but you may need to plug stuff to use carbureted. Same as carburetor intakes may not have the fittings you need for different fuel injection shenanigans.

In a nut shell wait for someone who knows to answer… my answer is always the same, get a S&S intake and bolt a carb on it as God intended.

The short answer is "No"

'84 to '89 carbed EVOs use the same manifold and flange mounts.

'90-'98 carbed EVOs use the same manifold and flange mounts.

The EFI EVOs used an induction module in place of a carb/manifold combo.

The long answer:

From 1990-1998, the EVO tourng models used the CV40 carb. They also used the same manifold and manifold flange mounts. The current HD online parts finder shows they use the #27019-89A manifold and the #27010-86A (rear) & #27009-86A (front) mounting flanges.

'84-'89 the EVO used a different carb (38mm Keihin), thus a different manifold, and manifold flange mounts; Manifold #27019-83 and mounts called "compliance fittings" #27008-83A

Any EFI EVO used an induction module assembly #27202-95A (or #27202-98 in 1998). That induction module has the "manifold" as part of the module. It also used different mounting flanges than the carb bikes.

I hope this info helps.

Please verify any part fitment information I listed above, on the Harley online parts finder before making any parts purchases...
