I too have this problem. I leave the house when its in the 20s. When it dips below 50 it starts hard and my electronics dont always turn on. Im looking for a way to add solar power to my shed to keep a trickle charger on it over night. Thinking about maybe some sort of cover as well
They make pigtails for jump packs. I find it interesting your electronics act funny. Maybe screen a little slow, but not sure that matters. But ya everything starts hard when cold. Amazing what a little heater will do.
Try a jump pack, before spending to much time getting power to your shed, to see if it makes enough difference in this case. You battery should be in good shape over night.
But getting power to where I store my bike would be priority in general, for lights and outlets. Little torpedo heater for a few minutes would make a world of difference.
