I wasn't aware the Rushmore Kings still had the 4-pin. I thought the CANBus bikes had the extra wires.
I've already fixed it up. Messed with the diagram. For RK it shown as 4-pin but actually the housing is still 8-pin same as fairing models (14-16 fairing models have 5 separately switched accessory circuits while non-fairing have only one)

I have a Y-connector attached on my 2013 King. One is for a USB power port going to my bars and the other is used to power my detachable batwing.
I'm thoroughly confused but it doesn't matter. If the previous owner messed with the switches and wires they did a darn good job - I don't see how the wiring that is in place now can be done without removing the gas tank. Also they were professional and courteous to use connectors. They even replaced the sticker on each toggle switch! I mean, why? LOL. This bike barely had 2400 miles when I got it; BUT the lights were all upgraded to LEDs so who knows what else was done to it.
The switch on the right side is powering the Light Blue/Green wire in the accessory connector under the left side cover. Is an 8-place connector attached near the diagnostics plug under the fuse box. As for that red connector it is a purge valve connector for California models. Put it back in its cap near security antenna :-)
If @Ya Tigor is right on the 4-pin setup, then the wiring might be similar to my 2013 King, but check with your meter. Below is similar to my King and I built a Deutsche plug for my USB power port to run to the bars to power my GPS and phone. The wire colors might be different though. I also use a Y-connector to use the ACC plug for other things. Good luck.
