That appears to be someones add on. Some times done to allow ditch lights and high beam at the same time.
Your factory assy switch connection is under the seat.

Hmm. Interesting. I have a hard time identifying the one under the seat too:

I ordered "2 PCS Deutsch DT DTP 2 pin Female" connector but it won't fit.

Hmmmm...I thought the pre-2014 bikes had them under the seat and the 2014+ bikes were inside the left side cover. My 2013 King is under the seat. I have a y-connector to it to use more than one accessories.

I'm not sure what that plug is in the nacelle.

Being it look like the right hand toggle switch wiring off the switch, would dare to guess, the wiring connector to the passing lights.

And just a fYI,since you would have to take your hand off the throttle to flip the passing light switch on and off (if no cruse in play), most of use just move the passing light switch over to the left hand side of the nacelle, and then put the other toggle ACC switch (that its connector will be under the seat to pull the power there) to the right hand side instead.

This is very confusing. If by "passing lights" you mean the two lights on each side of the headlight /excuse my ignorance/, they are controlled by the toggle switch (on/off) on the left side.

The switch on the picture above is on the right side and it's currently not connected to anything but it's wires go under the seat and end with this weird connector:

I'll be replacing that toggle switch with a push button and install a garage remote control under the seat. I wanted to preserve the 'original' wiring and use a proper connector but I guess I'll just solder the wires and be done with it.

Someone already swapped the toggle switches around if passing lights are controlled by left side toggle. so with passing light toggle switch on left hand side, now the Acc switch is on the right hand side, and the connector off the right hand switch to under the seat (red connector) is the power for the ACC that you can add in.

As for the white connector in question, its from the rear brake pedal passing light on that side.
Yes, passing lights are the lights to the side of the main head lamp, and each side will have white connector to them, which wires run back behind head light, to now your left hand side rocker to turn them on.

As for now right hand side ACC toggle switch, will need to de-solder the wires from it, may as well just solder the two wires together with heat shrink over the solder joint, and now acc red connector under seat, will have power when you turn the ignition on and what to use it to power up something after marker full time when bike is on instead.

Something doesn't make sense. Did the switches location get changed in 2016 models or something? According to the manual and if I read this right, the accessory switch is on the right side (and the passing lights switch on the left). Also as it is now, there's no power going at the end of the "accessory" switch wires under the seat; it's literally just ON/OFF switch.

Check out my post #4 RE the ACC plug behind the left side cover.

If you're NOT the original owner, then some surgery may have been done. Pre-2014 bikes are a 4-pin plug and I believe the newer bikes are 6-pin, maybe 8-pin.

The switch on the right side is powering the Light Blue/Green wire in the accessory connector under the left side cover. Is an 8-place connector attached near the diagnostics plug under the fuse box. As for that red connector it is a purge valve connector for California models. Put it back in its cap near security antenna :-)
