I purchased a set of Hogtunes speakers almost 2 years ago. This last 2 weeks I started hearing some rattling and later realized I blew a speaker. I called Hogtunes a week ago. Pez took down my info and said they'd get me out a replacement ASAP. Not a big deal, I thru my stockers back in (which suck btw when you go from Hogtunes after 2 years to the stockers!!) He called the next day to apoligize he missed the truck and it wouldn't happen again. Less than a week after I called, my new speaker arrived, free of charge and I didn't have to mail my broken one back and wait 5 weeks for a replacement.
Pez is a standup guy and I can't say I've ever had such great customer service. A huge thank you and a big thumbs up for Hogtunes. Very much appreciated!!
Couldn't agree more, had a speaker go bad also. Emailed them and Pez sent out a replacement the same day I emailed them. No hassels or contact back and forth. Stand behind their warranty, highly recommend. [sm=deal.gif]

I agree completely!!!! Same experience as above Got the speaker within 3 days of my e-mail.
Just want to clarify real quick that in all the replacement speaker threads going on, never has Pez's customer service come into question. His integrity and business practices are second to none. Wish all businesses stood behind their products as he does. The "no questions asked, the replacement is on the way" motto that he follows is the best in the business. Props to Pez for being such a stand up guy in this day and age of terrible customer support from other businesses.
I feel I have the same thing happening to one of my front Hog Tunespeakers. I talked with Pez, and he said to let him know if one was really blown. I am going to take the bat wing off next week and check into this further. Pez, has been great about answering any question. I will say prior to Hog Tunes, I had J&M and John was alsoright there with his customer service. Being associated with this HD Forum, I am willing to purchase from sponsorsof HD Forumsthen the local vendor at a rally or biker w-house firm. At least here on this Forum they (Pez & John along with Shooter64 aka Bart) reply! My business will remain here at HD Forums!!!!
