This bike belongs to a friend of mine.
2007 ultra classic he just bought it and it started missing at idle. So far he has changed the idle control module, crank sensor, injectors, fuel pump and filters just seems to get worse
Still sounds like a IAC issue,
When the IAC was replaced did he reset it with the ECM?
To reset the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve on a 2007 Harley Davidson Ultra, you'll need to cycle the ignition key a few times. Turn the ignition on, let the system cycle, turn it off, and repeat this process 5-6 times. This action resets the Electronic Control Module (ECM), which should then properly control the IAC valve.
Also while doing this, keep the throttle grip FORWARD(idle) as can be as the ECM also sees that as idle.
Just a few seconds, make sure the RUN switch is ON. You should here the fuel pump prime, watch the gauge needles sweep, wait a few seconds, then switch off.
He just got this bike, what modifications have been done to it?

To access diagnostic codes on a 2007 Harley Touring motorcycle, you'll need to enter diagnostic mode. This is typically done by holding down the odometer reset button while turning the ignition switch from off to on. Once in diagnostic mode, you can cycle through different modules (like ECM, BCM, speedometer, and radio) to check for codes.

I don't notice it at idle but coming down from speed with my 2007. But parodically have to clean the IAC port. Behind air cleaner, 11 oclock port, spray sensor cleaner in as you cycle power. Should hear little motor.
I notice my idle dipping as I slow down to stop. May not fix, but is good to do. I think there is a bulletin.
Rounder thanks for your input
That'sThat's what the previous owner said he had done before so when it started acting up on my friend he decided to just install a new one didn't help anything.
