Also said it wasn't nec to change out front tire because of brand. Have couple hundred on it and so far no problem., had it uo to 80mph, ran it in the rain today,no problem.
looks cool with the extra width. i'm realy happy with it.
WHAT YR IS UR BIKE.. U CANNOT USE A DUN 402 ..MU85 ON A MCY DESIGNED FOR THE MT 90
I HAVE AN O3 ULTRA HAD THE STOCK MT90.. PUT ON THE MU85.. TIRE SCRAPPED THE BELT. CALLED HD, WAS ADVISED THEY WILL ONLY ADVISE THE STOCK TIRE ON THE BIKE IT WAS DESIGNED FOR. DONT GET A WIDER TIRE THAN WHAT THE MACHINE WAS DESIGNED FOR..
few years ago got a venom x(for a dyno) delivered for about same price from tires.com(?),no one local could touch that price.took tire and rim to local indy and they charged about 30/tire for change and balance. Do a few searches like discount tires..ect.
mu85 and mu90 are the same width tire 140mm, the difference is the profile or height of the sidewall.
I am running the mu90 dunlop elite 3 on my 05 ultra with no problems.
