I had this problem with the PV4. I fixed it by returning it to the saved original tune. That is an option under the tune menu. Then check to see if you have the latest update to the tuner.

My bike was fixed by harley dealer..they do bench flash the ecm to factory setting before I can use my PV4.it just 10minutes job to reset the ECM using Diagnose Tools
