Welcome to the HDFORUM. Can you find Harley Davidson dealership that will work on a 07?
There's only an aftermarket signal unit without the alarm available. And if your security is locked and won't respond, it's a challenge to convert it.
If it has a siren, make sure battery in it is good. That the FOB battery is good.
Use the signal light switches to unlock it. Part of the built-in security was the time delay setting it up even when new parts were available.
Even for experts, it probably was frustrating and customers probably where frustrated with the bill.

Right now all viewers can understand is that you have a 2007 FLHTCU...Basically a touring frame bike.
There is no information regarding any changes from stock or any information regarding ownership history.
Is it a repo bike?
Is this a total loss/insurance bike?
