I found the rubber piece roll out from under bike today. Its about 7/8 across and one side has about 1/2 indention. Figure perhaps some kind of plug or isolator?
Looks like a rubber grommet for a hole somewhere.
Put in in your tool box for 20 years, then throw it away.
A week later you will find the hole it was made for.

If that is missing from your stand, it will make a metal to metal clank when you raise the stand. If your stand sounds normal (cushioned) it belongs somewhere else. Maybe, not even on your scooter Often, gas doors on cars have bumpers like that but they are quite small. A picture of that thing next to a quarter would have provided a better perspective.
