I just returned to my Tucson office from Ruidoso NM ,,, I was looking at the Golden Aspen rally to see if it has grown to the size and the facilities have improved enough for J&M to exhibit there next year ,,,,,, it is now 8:15PM Pacific time ,,,
so I did not see your post until tonight ,,,,,, but it sounds like UPS took your speakers to the wrong state for delivery ,, and it also sounds like more than one person in the J&Moffice is tracking them with UPS to get the mistake corrected and get the speakers delivered to your correct address right ? in any event I will get to the bottom of this tomorrow ,,,,
now do you expect J&M to send another set of speakers to you Next day air at our expense because UPS screwed up ? ,,,, the shipping charges would be almost as much as the speakers are worth and that makes no sense ,,,,,, what "I Think" we are doing is making sure that the speakers get to you asap without YOU having to do anything else ,,,,,
and I certainly apologize for this occurrence, it does not happenvery often ,,,, but it DOES happen ,,,,,
Now if this causes you to be so unhappy with J&M that you would post "J&M Sucks" on this forum ,,, and then the rest of the children on this board chime-in like I have read here ,,,,, then we do NOT want you as a customer, simple as that ,,,,,
J&M has been in business for 29 years and myself and the rest of our crew has always done our best to treat all of our customers the very best that we can, goingout of our way tohelp whenever we can,,,, but we must have sensible business guidelines that we follow ,,,,,,

sure I have been a bit of a salesman on this forum, that is my job ,,,, but J&M has the best product for your Harley, I make sure of that,,,, and I also put my money where my mouth is by being a full sponsor on this forum ,,,,,
In addition I spend a good deal of time responding to technical questions here when I have the right answers ,,,, along with showing the applicable products from the J&M product line that apply to the specific post ,,,,,,
I think it is a win-win situation for all, J&M sells a few items and the forum members get what I would consider decent technical advice on many issues ,,, and when the day comes, that idea is not working, then you all will either ask me to leave or I will go on my own ,,,,,

But bad news is what sells newspapers, makes peoplerubberneck atwrecks, and pile on a seller bysome "poor customer" who doesn't take the time to think sensibly, but trys to get his 10 seconds of fame by flaminy you on the forum.

I can also say I have returned one (for exchange) and it was very easy and quick. As a business owner, I know what a PITA customers can be. I don't think I've ever told one I didn't want them (as a customer) but I have thought it!
