HD store on Rt. 40 is a nice place...

You hit that one right on the head. Ramsey's doesn't seem to give a $hit about anything but the bottom line. I priced a bike there one time and they wanted 3K more than any other dealer I checked with. They will give a discount on parts ordered over the phone though.

HD Store has very good people, but I've never had any work done there.

Rockville HD has good people and good techs. I bought my Low Rider and Electra Glide Classic from them.

Maryland HD in Elkridge has some good people but also a couple of idiots (and at least one frickin LIAR - but that's a different thread

). They give a parts discount to HOG members.

Frederick HD is the best I've dealt with. Knowledgeable parts people and excellent techs. I bought my RK from them and they've done all the engine work on it. They have their own machine shop and dyno. Newly renovated building is very nice.

I put my deposit down Saturday eveningâ€¦ 06 ElectraGlide Classicâ€¦ Fire Red and Black Pearlâ€¦ this color scheme is absolutely gorgeous.

For my $1k â€œfreeâ€ accessories Iâ€™ve opted for Cruise Control, Stage 1 w/ SE II mufflers, and the Auxiliary brake light kit (it seems like there was something else too...).

To close the deal I managed to get the Tour-Pak AND Saddlebag liners thrown in to boot!!!
