Default Amber Passing Lamps

I have a 08 Ultra...I am looking for clear amber passing lamp lens ... not the sealed beam type but just a lens cover..Can't find them in any of the catalogs.... Or are there amber bulbs that I can plug in and leave the clear lens.

Type in headlight protective film and take your pick. I got enough to do 6 or so passing lights a light yellow. It is a protective adhesive backed film that you can remove if you dislike it, was like 20 bucks but I beleive that someone from the place I ordered mine ripped of my CC for over 3k as it was the only place I used it in months, I will not name them but beware and purchase safely. I like the product and it has made me stand out in traffic much more. The reason I went this way is I upgraded the passing lams and h-3 bulbs and did not want to lose the awesome performance they provide at dark. I noticed very little if any loss with the film installed.

wear yellow sunglasses and you won't need to change or cover your lights. shooter glasses at Wal-Mart under $5. they work awesome in fog, you can see another 100 or so feet past where you can see without them.

huffhuff it is not about what color I see it is that I want those friggin inattentive morons in their cages to have their attention drawn away from whatever is they daydream about while driving and see my bike coming. So far it seems to work as the color is different enough from everything else they see and I noticed a lot more of them looking hard at what they saw coming down the road. Oh boy the big book at the dealer sure has a lot of shiny stuff to attract crows and such in it but no really good performing yellow or amber replqacement passing light lamps that compare to what I ended up with. they have sealed beam yellow which does not compare at all close.
