true or false??????

is harley taking some of the labor costs offof the ids, and if so is there a web site to confirm this all dealers in my area are clueless about this, any info would be great.

I read the elbow grease ad that the dealer in my area has on their web site. It says that you have to buy the ids and get it installed from the same dealer to recieve the $100 off. So if you got your ids online like I did, you wouldn't get the $100 off.
