Recently installed PC111 and K & N a/c from FuelMoto and have been very satisfied with performance and cooler running engine.....This morning rode bike to work and it was coolest I have ridden since upgrades (about 48~50 degrees), bike would not idle when stopping for lights, stop signs, etc......This was shipped premapped and has worked flawlessly till this morning and the cooler temps...
Seen the recent thread on adding fuel values at 0% throttle, does anyone know if this will fix my problem or am I just gonna have to get dyno'd for bike specific mapping???
What are your 0 and 100 percent throttle positions showing as in the PC-III software (zero is more important)? The reason I ask is because one day my setup was idling high and I found my pulse count range (or whatever it is; Jamie said it was millivolts, but that can't be or there'd be 20+ volts at full throttle) had shifted for some reason. Closed throttle was not registered as 0% anymore with the PC-III.

When I checked my throttle position, it was at 7%. I wasn't affecting my idle but I agree that it may be your problem. I learned that the throttle position has to be checked on all PCIII installs.
Let us know if it works. I'm interested.
BTW, adding or subtracting fuel in the 0 column will mostly affect deceleration issues like popping.
Good Luck.

Hooked up laptop and checked throttle position and it was showing 7%. And on the pc111 itself the 3rd light up from lean was glowing...
When I reset the throttle position closed on the laptop it would flash 0~50 and everywhere in between and on the pc111 the lights just started going crazy from top to bottom....
Did not get a chance to ride but I don't think something is right about this...
