It's an 08 SG. The 3 1/2" rear is what is available in the wheel I am looking at.I would run wider if I could. by the way, both of your bike look sick, killer, dope, fresh, rad, gnarly or what ever the kewl kids are saying these days. Also biggzed, how do you like the road rage, that is the same pipe i will be running on my bike.

You can definitely run a 140 on the 3.5" rim. That is what I had on my old RKC. If there is anyway you can step up to the 4.25" rim I would. You might be able to run a 150 on the 3.5, but you should check with someone like Hogpro before doing it. I'm personally a fan of getting the widest rim recommended for the tire you are going to run. I like the low profle look.
The Road Rage is a good pipe. Performance is right up there with the other top performing 2-1 pipes. I did have a problem with the black finish coming off. Bassani replaced it under warranty with no hasssle, but it took 10 weeks to get the new pipe. I received it last week and immediately sent it to HPC to have it coated in their 1600 degree satin black finish. I don't want to deal with another warranty return. I personally love the way the pipe sounds, but it is not for everyone. I would not describe it as a traditional Harley sound. More of a growl. Sounds great to me, but I like being different.
