Hey anybody out there buy one of those fairings for your Road King? There are several compainies that make them aftermarket and quick detach, just wondering how much they will cut the wind down. I love my RKC but wish I had a fairing to cut down on the wind.
Check out the Quadzilla. It may fit your needs. It did mine.
What a GREAT looking bike that fairing adds a very unique look...........
If you just want a simple (no radio) batwing fairing that quickly swaps out with the windshield, I used a Kenny Day on my Heritage Softail and loved it. It swapped with the windshield in seconds and I ordered a wall mount that would hold the winshield or the fairing when either were off the bike. Check them out here:
Thanks for the compliments. I get a lot of inspiration from all the great bikes on this forum. Also a lot of good information. I am now starting to work on the 08 Ultra. First up, an all black paint set (with no pinstriping or tank logo; Street Glide front and rear fenders). Next, I am first on the list at dealer for 110 kit and race tuner when they get them in (soon, I hope).
