It is very easy. Just take everything off very carefully and put it back the same way. To get the old ones off, I just used a razor blade to cut them off. It is a great improvement over the stock ones.

Just came in from garage doing a set of Isogrips and end of grip locks (different company but locks helmet on end of both grips). Installed on new Street Glide in less than an hour including chasing tools and putting away. Biggest pain is the little brass parts on end of cables. Don't drop or you'll spend most of the time chasing them.
