I ordered a 9.5 recurve instead of a 10 inch Fastaire. Hope I won't be disappointed since I ride to work most days at 80 mph. Right now I am using an 8 inch Fastaire. Surely, the 9.5 Clearview with recuve will perform better than that does at those speeds.

I use the 8" recurve and the fork baffle (between the forks).
Works great.
Your not in a car, your going to get some air no mateer what you do. But that works better than stock for sure.
Just sayin.
Hope you find the sweet spot.
