My temps decreased a GREAT deal with the PCIII USB install, but it is rather cool here at the moment....Down to 40 at night-85 daytime,but summer in Louisiana is coming eventually.

Ok, OK! I got one with the gift card I got when I purchased my bike. I didn't install it at the 1000 mile service cause, well, I was in a hurry to get back out and ride. I put the PCIII and breather on it which really lowerd my temps, but after August and September down here I did get her hot a couple times caught in traffic. But I mean really caught in traffic. About to change oil again so this time it'll go on. Your install looks great, hope mine turns out good too.
Installed HD Prem oil cooler. Looks and fits great. No interferance what so ever. 07 RKC.
Your engine will thank you as next Summer rolls around. You may not see the t'stat even open in this cooler weather, however, if you ride in winter.
By no means and I a genius or anything and I haven't been into a motorcycle motor yet, but where is there a thermostat on a air cool'd motor???? What is it opening?
Read iClick's post. He said you may not see the t'stat open in cold weather. I am just wondering if I am missing something somewhere or if I am sittin' in the twilight zone????
