Hi Guys
I'm looking for opinions on the RB Racing 2into1 exhaust are they good-bad-loud-quite any info welcomed. What would really be handy is a sound file on the pipes as the RB site says they are very quite but loudness is subjective as we all know.
Thanks in advance
GlennsGlide
There are sound files on the RB Racing website. I am running the RB Racing Blackholes 2-1 and really like them. Good quality, though very pricey, and much quieter than what you would expect frm a pipe like this. It is perfect for me, can still hear tunes at 70+ mph. Do a search and you will find other comments as well as some posting I did when instally them and some of the little issues you may run intoif running a T-Max or DTT tuning system. Hope this helps.
Hey Dalton
Thanks for your response, I've had a look on the RB site and am unable to locate sound files. As is always possible and probably the case I tend to suffer from the male syndrom ( can't find it even when its right in front of me ) can you give me some directions on the site location of these files.
Thanks

Yep, Bob can be quite a crotchety old SOB, but he was helpful with me. Yes, he indeed does have an attitude, but if you can talk with him for a while, he is absolutey a wealth of information. There is a reason for the items in the link that Donny posted above, you have to read it and then you will realize he is not afraid to call a spade a spade. If you can get past all the BS, and want some pipes that build good torque, but yet are fairly quiet, you should investigate the Blackhole. Go here: https://www.hdforums.com/m_1654128/m...tm.htm#1654128for a few installation problems and tips. BTW, the pipes come with no installation instructions, he calls the install an intelligence test. It really is not all that difficult.
Dalton,
Isn't one of the bikes on his page for the Black Hole yours? I thought I had seen the bike before.
As for the endorsement from Steve Heidner,I've met the manand if Steve uses it, it has to be worth its salt. He is with the WFONitro Fuel drag bike team. http://www.wfodragracing.com
The dyno chart for Steve's bike with the Black Hole system was done at the local performance shop here in Pensacola, Fla., Redline Motorcycles. George Breckinridge, owner, is also a member of the WFO team and whoI take my bikes to for maintenance and "enhancement".

Yes, it is my bike on his website. I sent him a letter regarding the pipes after my install and he posted the pics and the full letter. He also couldn't help himself from taking a jab at me for changing my tuning system. I have talked with him numerous times, and he is a real corker, one of those guys that if you went out drinking with, you would probably end up punching in the mouth, but would be best buddies again in the morning.
