It helps to quote the message to which you're referring, so someone can help you without having to hunt for links and guess which is "the link" you mean. Sometimes messages like yours are referring to the last link posted, sometimes one posted a day ago, or more.

Probably more of us have, but I take your point. Most folks get used to clicking without reading. I will say that I'd expect the rules to be the first place a FNG would look, when privileges seem to be restricted. I may be assuming some level of internet and forum experience, though.
i have made some. using the the gun holster plastic, Kydex... and a $10 charging pad from amazon... just mold it to the shape of the charger and phone sideways. wrapping around bottom and sides so phone slides in from the top tightly... carage bolt though the back to mount to what ever bracket you want.. if charger fails because of water. no biggy get another cheap..
