The wire I ran along the saddlebag support brackets and plugged them into the rear tail light base. Fortunately, I had 2 wire connectors to plug right into the base which allow them to run as signals and stop
can you tell me how you wired them for signals? Thats probably all I would wire mine as
First mod is the first thing I do to every bike I've owned, I routed my CC to ground. On my 2nd piece of cardboard (from 7k miles) under bike from the oil drips when I park it in the garage.
Second mod is I removed baffles from CVO mufflers I purchased. Removed baffles, cut baffled portion from "tip" cut off inner plug\baffle, removed additional 6" baffle piece that stuck out of tail end, and welded baffle back onto "tip". I've done 3 CVO re-cores and 2 more like this, did my brothers last week and we wrapped it 1 time around with packing. On mine I wrapped R 3 wraps and L 2 wraps, two totally different sounds due to extra wrap. I can be obnoxious stop light to stop light (or quite) and at highway speeds it's as quite as stock (almost).
Here is video of mine, his I don't have a copy of to post.

I have a street glide low seat, with the hole for a backrest. I got one of those air bag wedge they sell on ebay for $8. You see them used by locksmiths to wedge open a car window far enough to gain access. Its just a little air bag with a squeeze ball pump. I shoved one inside my seat between the foam and base pan, and the ball pump just lays there in the seat cavity for the backrest. When my *** hurts, I just stick my hand down the backrest hole and pump up, or deflate. I have been using one for two years. It works, and does not leak. It helps to just change pressure points. It might be even better if I found one like this with some 'spring' to it.

NIce! I have done a few of the Rushmore CVO mufflers, but they all had the reverse flow style, so I replaced it with Rinehart baffles (Fullsac style). I left the wrapping inside the cans, but did not wrap the baffle itself like you did. I wonder what the sound difference is? One set I made, I but a butterfly in the baffle, which could be adjusted from the rear. It would adjust the sound, and the tuning. The only problem is I could not get them to stop rattling.
