NIce! I have done a few of the Rushmore CVO mufflers, but they all had the reverse flow style, so I replaced it with Rinehart baffles (Fullsac style). I left the wrapping inside the cans, but did not wrap the baffle itself like you did. I wonder what the sound difference is? One set I made, I but a butterfly in the baffle, which could be adjusted from the rear. It would adjust the sound, and the tuning. The only problem is I could not get them to stop rattling.
Reverse flow style?
I like the butterfly valve idea for sure.
Boy what started as a passing lamp bracket upgrade slowly devolved into chaos leaving me unable to utilize my newly purchased Arlen ness dron fairing but damn those halos flashing brighter then the sun will deff get the attention of the driver coming at me ! The finished product is well worth the hassle
now I just need to fabricate / modify my fairing brackets so I can run them on those long distance trips where eating hundreds of miles worth of what ever the roads got cooked up for your face is less then ideal ! I did stealth run all the wiring and had to open up all the wire Channels to fit said wiring also drilled entry points for wiring in the sides of my nacell so everything is right & tight !
