Wow, I am a little surprised by the responses. I like to cruise closer to 90.

On the interstate I enjoy 75... In heavy traffic I like to slow it down so I do not become part of the chariot race darting back and forth...

75mph is very good for me and my bike.............it puts the rpms right around 3200 so the power is right there as needed. The bike is super stable, set the cruise, lean back and let it roll.

I did about 10 miles at 110mph this past summer..........still stable but a bit to fast to feel comfortable.

My bike feels comfortable with 70-75 mph. More a conservative speed fora 65 mphposted speed limit. The days of "the need for speed" are over for me. That's why I bought a touring bagger to begin with.

whatever the posted speed is, plus 5. At the end of the day, I am at the same place at the same time as anyone else who was traveling faster and I don't have any tickets.

We like to run about speed limit maybe +5mph. Thewing has a groove about 80 @ 3250 RPM. I feel comfortable on the wing at 90 + but pulling the trailer gas mileage goes south at that speed. Recently we have been avoiding the Interstates in favor of the back roads. We are trying to plan so that we don't have to be on a schedule. We are enjoying the small towns and back roads. Traffic is much better also, We will have to find out what the Groove is for the Ultra but I suspect it will settle in about 80.
