Anyone know what size of allen wrench is required to remove antenna's on an 08 Electra Glide? I've a good selection and no match. Removing for winter storage.

Sorry dude, forgot to actually try to answer your question...
I think thats a 5/64 Allen...no idea really, I removed mine.

Now, you can actually buy a nice set of Elkind allen wrenches for about $13 bucks that includes a fancy schmancy holder and all the sizes you'll need to wrench on your scoot, even with ball ends! Once finished, replace in the holder, there they are for next time you need them!

It's amazing how simple it is to find the correct tools in your toolbox when it's organized. I'm sure there are old-schoolers on this forum that can throw a T-25 torxsocket in the 5th right drawer under the voltage meter and can actually go back to it 2 months later...not me, I like organization.

I keep a wrench in the pouch inside my tour pack to use to remove it when covering the bike. Isn't there one in the tool kit? It's too cold and far to the barn or I'd go check.

Ride well,

Jim
