Started puting it back together this weekend took some pics but not as many as philm and dalton they have covered it in great detail and are doing a great jobI might add, unless you are fighting the feaver for more power then they are keeping some up at night. I expected to have the bike running by tonight but I just have felt bad been sick since friday night. I did get the cases asembled and the motor back together but not back in the bike yet. That will have to wait now I guess untillnew years day.
Sounds good Tim,
Putting the engine together was the easy part, getting it back in the frame is the hard part, and then comes all the tedious work of rebolting everything up that was removed. It takes much longer than you really expect. But it does give you a chance to clean everything and check all of the fasteners. Keep us informed!
Its Chris not Tim but ive been called much worse things so its all good. I will keep every one in the loop on the build as well as first impresions of the build and the pro tuner. After break in I will run it on a dyno and see what the lines look like as well as the #'s and post it on the site curious to see the diffrence in the 113" and the 120" you mad men are building.

I can totally relate on sick part. It really screws with your energy and focus. I sure hope to start feeling better soon too.
I'll be watching closely to hear how yours turns out now too.
Seems like lotsa new builds this holiday season. Heck, some folks have a lot of winter left to work on stuff. I think I'll be ready to ride as soon as mine is done!
i am very interested in the results--at least three of my club brothers are getting HQs 113's built --- they were intially going with SE (one got SE 110) but after I told them about what I was doingwith HQs, they took my motor builder to lunchand all of sudden they forgot about the SE went with HQs 113s.
good luck with build and hope you and all the other suffering motor builders get well soon.

It's killing me to have all my parts and not be out there in the garage wernching a way. Oh well guess another week won't kill me this work thing keeps geting in the way of the things I like to do.
Irko,
I will post up dates and #s after break in as I get through each step of this I am using the H-D heavy breather, V&H tru-duals W/ V&H turndowns, sert and a HQ pro tuner with the HQ build. I was looking at changing the exhaust to a 2 into1 but after talking to kevin he said the 113" should run out nice with the tru-duals so wewill see.
As Phil says, seems like a ton of builds going on, and a lot of them by the owners which is good to see!
Phil, you are making me crazy by saying you can go riding. Snow is forecast here in the near future. I might just have to fire it, listen to it for a few seconds, ensure everything is lubed up and shut it back down until I can ride it and break it in properly.[:'(]
