Got one for Xmas and installed it yesterday. Works good. Mine is chrome you don't really notice unless your looking for it.

I use a blck one I picked up at a swap meet for $5.00. Wouldn't be without one.

If nothing else, they make a great place to put a Kuryakyn voltage gauge so RoadKing riderswill know whentheir stator/regulator goes **** up.

It's a Kuryakyn part. They have them in their catalog. They come in black or chrome and are 30-40 bucks. The install is simple. You just hook it to a hot wire and a ground. I used the hot wire for the fender tip light. Road King Classics don't have the light, but have the wire. I just put a plug on the gauges wire that mated up and plugged it right in.
