Does a backrest make it more difficult for a passenger to get on a bike?
Really... this depends on your passenger on the Ultra Classic... u have rear speakers right?
The rear pods force the passengers legs forward a bit... thus the seat may push into the thighs... again this is depending on the body build of the gal... My wife is 5'2 thus the back rest digs into her thighs due to the natural angle she sits in.... When she is riding with me... I just take the back rest off... and put back on after ride..... I have an adjustable back rest... so this is only a 10 second job to remove and put back on....
Now I dont see this problem with the FLHR as there are no speakers to contend with...
2007 RG with passneger backrest/sissy bar. Thinking of mustang rider backrest for stock seat. Will the rider backrestcause less room or constrict passenger seating area? Wife is 5'2 with short legs
