Default New wheels are (so not happening) on my new build...

Just when I thought I was done, I decided to add wheels to the new build as it's likely the only thing i've missed this time around. I have been thinking about the Newports from Renegade for a couple of months now and decided this morning to order a pair and sell my chromed stockers off to someone local. Here's a link to their website and here is another link showing their wheels on a Streetglide.

Nice looking products and their Gallery pics with their Renegade Girls simply rock!!

NICE choice. VERY expensive. Just for ***** and giggles...check out Hogpro...they have a decent 'gallery' to check out with real pics. May save ya' some serious dough. I just recently ordered some 'dominators' in a 21x18 combo andI luv 'em. Food for thought.......

I'm not sure if this is priced per pair or if that is singular, but believe it's per pair. If not then i'll be ordering the Performance Machine Villains. I'm not really a fan of the big wheel kick that out there so for me it's going to be 16" or 17" and I am just waiting for price confirmations to come back from a buddies shop before the order is firmed up and entered in. I do know that customs will be added, just not 100% on the mfg and design as of yet.

Probably cause there's too many damed designs to look at, and yes I have been to Hogpro and have rates from them as well.

It looked to me like that price was PER wheel....but what do I know? If it was per pair I'd throw a set on as well...I'm due for a new front tire anyway.

That's next in line for me as well.New tire, rim, chrome fork lowersand afront fender from FatKatz. I'll have to stick with 16" rimdue to ABS unless I hear otherwise, I want an 18". Just replacing the front wheel for now and will tackle the rear wheel, fender and bags as a new project. After warranty or the engine craps out, I'll doa compete engine build.

Those will look great Glide. Go with 18's, you won't be sorry. The don't look out of proportion big and you will see a significant improvement in handling. Of course, with all the stereo gear you're adding you might want to make sure you can get an 18 with the proper load rating.

Tell me about it. I start reading old posts from Phil, Guy and Bryann andI drop10K on a motor build when the bikes got 0 miles on it. A year later I see them redoing theirs again, and it hits me like typhoid and I'm in a sweat to build bigger, then it comes apart and i'm in here looking to see what else I can do while it's apart?

Now it's about to go back together being less than a year old and the wholebikes being changed. Motor, injection, wheels, tires,front/rear suspension, undercarriage (ride str8), paint, bars, seats, bodywork, sound systemetc etc. I think the only thing i've left stock is the lighting, the transmission, and the frame.Wonder if the lights wil be next?

Thanks Phil, Dalton, Bryan
